Will my Picturetel codec work with the newer HHREM3 IR remote control?

VENUE2000:
The HHREM3 will not engage SETUP on the Venue2000 or any of the older
models, but everything else of importance works. You would need to use
the keyboard for setup tasks.
I will add other codec systems to this list when testing is possible.
