New replacement parts are no longer available for Picturetel camera repair. However, Camerapad stocks a plethora of parts from donor cameras. Using these parts we are able to repair most Picturetel camera units. Also, if you have a number of cameras that need repair, you can send them all in and we can repair as many as possible using parts from your cameras only. We charge labor for time spent on the successfully repaired cameras only. Any remaining parts from non-repairable/donor cameras will be added to our parts bin for future use. So, send in ten cameras that have various problems and you might get back 5 working units with no charges for replacement parts. You can send us an email by using the web form below.
